Just a gut feeling! No actual, factual information to back it up, but, I believe that hiring a coach, whoever it is, is a done deal. With the different Conference Championships coming up this coming weekend, I'm speculating that the announcement won't be made until next Sunday afternoon or Monday. I'm just hoping the hire won't be somebody we don't know or have never heard of. We all felt like Dooley was going to be a clone of Vince Dooley and we all saw how that worked out. Keep in mind that prospective coaches aren't going to say anything in any kind of press conference to spill the beans. For example, they are going to say that they love their job or have no intention of leaving. So, if you hear a prospective coach saying something like that, just chalk it up to the coach taking care of his own business.
