Hovering about 80% lol. It's definitely not done in the sense that all terms are agreed on, at 99% I believed it was. It's close though, and very very likely. Just being honest. If something is not announced this week, one way or the other, then I will drop to 5-10%. Almost all the information I believe centers around this week if they get it done.
