That makes no sense. There isn't a timeline, unless you're listening to Hubbs who stated that as an opinion. We have no idea of any real contract obligations. It will happen when it happens, and I have been discouraging people from putting any timeline on it for a reason.

I don't think Tuesday is the last day for an announcement at all. We've always talked about mid-December, but when things started hating up we all let out dates creep up. I still think it could come anywhere between now and early December, but I expect and hope we'll know one way or the other this week.

Didn't SpringBok Vol say the 10 day posting is in effect? That would put the 28th the earliest an announcement could be made. Makes the 30th much more sensible than tomorrow or Monday.

I have changed my mind about the Gruden possibility. I was at "absolutely not". I am now at "maybe" because of something I saw and heard while out on the road. But regardless of who is hired, I fully expect an announcement to be made Monday. I have no source for this, just seems to make sense.
