I could see keeping Chaney as an OC if Gruden wanted him, but not HC. We need somebody to turn this program around.

I could see Chaney taking the HC job at Purdue if it opens up. He would be a perfect fit there.

Ok don't anybody say anything but we might actually win a ballgame I don't know wether I am happy that we might actually win or that I am sad it that bad I am excited about getting one win in the SEC

I don't want him as a head coach, but someone will get Chaney as an OC or coach. He's got one of the top offenses in the nation.

I can't disagree with this. I don't have the same enthusiasm but it'd be interesting.

I wouldn't say I'm enthusiastic about the idea, but I'd be slightly more comfortable with Chaney than some of these unproven guys that are being discussed. You would probably keep the good assistants on offense (Graham) and clean house on defense.

Not advocating this at all, but we could do worse (if we can't attract a top tier coach, something is desperately wrong).

Either way, I wouldn't be shocked to see Chaney as a HC at a non-bcs or FCS school if wants to pursue that; he has the resume for it. Then again, he may be happy as a coordinator.

As the last 5 years have proven, a win is a win in the SEC. Let's appreciate every single one. I'd rather not have the team lose and be the first in UT history to lose all their SEC games.

I think we've broken enough records this year.
