Well, for starters little things like making sure the UT admissions dept isn't going to turn down kids after they've been cleared.

Having 100% control of all football program related decisions period - players, hires, fires, facilities, etc. is what is meant by having complete control.

Media and Sports radio are gonna say what ever they can for ratings they flip flop everyday. Ainge, Basilio all of them have been back and forth for the last 2 months. They all claim they never have and when Gruden is hired they will all say they said it all along. There has been more and better info on this website than any that came from those shows. Believe it or not there are more people than those guys on the radio shows that know people that are in the know. A family member that hear's something close to the AD will tell there family which will slip to there friends or there kids friends or wives friends. With that being said some things you have to take with a grain of salt because some are simply unbelievable.

I'm still all in on Gruden - I've seen/heard too much not to be. I also know that Neyland Stadium will not implode into the vast and cavernous sinkholes beneath if it doesn't happen.

I agree. I grew up in K'town and they seem to be out of the loop quite a bit. Appreciate your take.
