I honestly never understood the hire he already has lawsuits and did the most iconic figure at UT wrong in Pat Summit. Not to mention a horrible womens hire he has proved he cant be trusted to make this hire.

My problem with Hyams is he said a week and a half before Kiffin was introduced as HC that he didn't think Kiffin was being interviewed. Then, after Kiffin bolted, he claimed he was 99% sure Cut would be our next coach.

I would love to see all the behind the scenes stuff going on in the peyton deal and how close he was to actually signing with the Titans. I was bummed a little but he made the right decision for him.

Hyams was wrong on Kiffin and the black jerseys. Basilio is just trying to get viewers. The others, maybe they're right, maybe not.

My point isn't that I necessarily think they (and Hubbs) are right--it's that I know who they are.

It wasn't an attack on you in any way.

I was just saying that having an opposing opinion is fine, but some people act like people in here owe them some absolute truth or otherwise have some personal stake in whether anybody is right or wrong.

I was just making a point that your opinion and my opinion and Boro's opinion all carry the same weight in the scheme of things, exactly none.

Yeah, it's a stretch that we're supposed to disbelieve all the media regulars (who put their name/face out in public every day) in favor of anonymous forum posters who haven't offered any tangible evidence supporting their claims.

Maybe they are right, but they can just as easily be wrong.

I have got to think if Basilio, Hyams, Ainge,Hubbs or Rucker knew it was Gruden they would be reporting it. It scares me that they all are saying it is not going to happen.

Couldn't agree more. As Vol fans we have 3/4 the country hating us out of jelousy. We don't need Vols fighting Vols
