Two parts actually.

1. Where he says "I don't know"
2. The last part where he says he is hearing Gruden from some and no Gruden from others.

Its lines up with the process and the fact we know the AD is on info lockdown currently. Hubbs will eventually find out closer to when it happens, and probably sooner than most media.

Dang folks, just do the math. Is the athletic dept receiving 18 million over 3 years to hire Snoops or some college coach?. It just doesn't make sense. Its Gruden,# 1 without a doubt. will it work out. 100% sure. I have followed UT for 56 years and have never seen this kind of money being talked. If its not gruden then Its only one of 2 mistakes I've made in life and one of those was my 1st wife. Just saying..do the math. Can't spell, can't structer a sentance. But I sure as hell can Count.

Yeah when it became clear that this staff was done I figured there was no point in keeping up with recruiting until a new staff arrived. I might take a week off work for NSD if we get Gruden.
