According to TB the Vol leadership worry about Gruden's ability to deal with players. He is a perfectionist and can be very critical of players according to TB's sources. The Vol Leadership wander how that will play out at the college level. [hint for the vol leaders see bama] I do not know what is true and what is rumor. I still want him to be our coach but we will have to be patent and see what happens.

I have listened to Tony for 15 years. This is how he operates. He is a huge raslin' fan so Friday was like a good angle for him. He was playing heel while everyone was hating him and loving it.
