Gruden is and has been the only candidate. Any other name that has, or will come out us simply cover. This hire has been in the works since the spring.

Both sides have pursued each other. It is not a one sided arrangement.

and I was trying not to but you guys are setting yourselves up for a huge let down. I am close to the situation and though there's a chance of Gruden becoming our coach, it's an extremely slim one. Either way, we are going to spend big and get a good, proven guy, so keep your heads up.

Wished I was stuffed. Been cleaning out my gutters all morning. Gonna get some turkey this evening. My daughter is gluten intolerant, so we just fix our own thanksgiving meal here at home. Then go visit family.
