I use to work in the real estate business in marketing, I know for a fact Don Shula was going to invest in a big project in Dandridge until the county declined the use of a parcel of land as a landing strip.

That is true. Money can change a lot of things. They just passed a new regulation that fines us if we do not pend out in a certain amount of time, but like you said money can change a lot of things. He lives on a golf course in Tampa, so they may like the golf course feel, but he van certainly afford much more than a Fox Den home.
