Easy...someone cruise thru foxden, jot down the realtor #'s on the signs (can't be that many) and call about the houses until you get one that says, "sorry we just got a contract on it"...now you know which one to watch.

And if he does come here and sucks it up after 5 years, I still won't be upset with the hire because at least we went for the home run candidate instead of some no-name from the discount rack.

I read some where 70 mil 8 yrs.....for coach and staff.

Speculation on my part is school puts up 35 mil and 5 boosters put up the the balance. Hence, reason for 18 mil being moved covers 1/2 of schools monies first 4 years plus the ROI will cover the rest. No matter who we hired we would be paying at a min 2.5 mil which was already programmed into the budget. The buyout was not projected but it is covered now... Plus look at the upgrades on staff it ain't cheap but it's worth it..... Did you watch 60 minutes the other night this is why this makes sense to do it......JMO

Just what he does. I see it like this. If the tides are shifting that we are in on Gruden and as we know we all want him...what better to whip the listening public into a lather. This keeps people listening and calling.
