As The Gruden Turns: Hogs Swing And Miss, Vols On Deck (And Sources Say Theyre In Good Shape)
I haven't been keeping up with all the rumors/Gruden speculation, but here's an interesting fact...
A friend of mine bumped into Jon Gruden and his wife at the Nashville downtown Marriott on the day of the Vanderbilt game.
Makes me wonder if there was a meeting between UT reps and Gruden that happened that day in Nashville as a way to stay under the radar. Would make sense considering any travel by Gruden to Knoxville would be detected and reported immediately.
You're right...but only because I agree with you.I am not trying to be negative. I am just over people on one side saying, "GIVE IT UP! HE IS NOT COMING!" like they know for sure he is not coming, and the people on the other saying, "HOW DARE YOU QUESTION THE FACT THAT I KNOW GRUDEN WILL BE OUR NEXT COACH. IT IS A FACT BASED ON A RUMOR I HEARD!". Both sides of that coin are stupid.
I believe 70% or so he does come, but I am not going preach fact until it is fact.
Gruden has said yes and will be our next coach. Trying to make it simple and extremely easy to read, marinate and digest. If there is anything else just ask, you hear me son?
For me it is less 'thinking' and as William Defoe said in the Boondock Saints 'I feeeelll it'
As far as the other (I have seen what happens to people on here who say they have family), I think it really, for me at least, has been said many times in different forms of verbiage. I mean really??? How many people need to say that X is orange before people believe that it is the color orange?
No midget boy?another bit of scuttlebutt to add to the conversation.
My father in law is in town for thanksgiving, he lives in Akron, OH. He says it has been reported in the media there that the Cleveland Browns will not be looking to replace their current head coach with either Jon Gruden or Bill Cowher. Says they want go with a guy like current Steeler's HC Mike Tomlin, or a HC"like" Jim Harbaugh.
FWIW.
He was in california
@ClayTravisBGID: OKTC just knocked the Tennessee property tax records site offline after linking to Gruden property. Gruver! Jon Gruden Owns Land In East Tennessee : Outkick The Coverage
