I'm on board the Gruden train and I just skim right over the naysayers--unless they have something factual to share. The difference in guys like us who have been in the "big boy" world for a while is that we can separate emotions out of it. These young kids haven't learned that YET.

I don't think deer has said what he thinks about gruden being hired just an announcement date.

As for Larry, yes his stance does allow some doubt to creep into my mind. I think he is wrong and I think jay and the guys are correct but thinking isn't knowing

Which can be interpreted many ways. My opinion on"formal" inteviews is that they are a dog and pony show to appease the lawmakers. A hire could. Definitely be made before them but not announced until After
