Agreed. He must be waiting for a call from the patriots, or cowboys. He has an inflated perception of himself that is nowhere near earned yet.

Even if i didn't think we had a shot a Gruden....I'm a die hard fan and would be hoping we could land him. I would be saying things like "I'm skeptical, but hope your right" or "I just think he ends up in NFL IMO"....not "You guys are stupid for hoping that a Super Bowl winning coach who has ties to the area would help your team get back to the top of college football."
Just come out and say you don't like Jon Gruden. Or...you really want Strong, Franklin, Peterson, Tressel, Gundy, etc.
Don't bash people for believing in someone that they feel is worthy to lead us to a NC. It makes you seem like you want attention because you know if you post something anti-gruden...people will respond....sorry for the rant...

I said the same to Tennessee fans who tried to suggest Bama would never be back. That was silly. Assuming Vols won't be back is also silly.

That I don't think anyone knows anything about anything. I am just going to wait it out and if it happens then 50% of you got lucky and the other 50% of you didn't.

I would agree with this if there weren't so many posters on here saying its been done for weeks now. Those claims have been backed up by a series of events during that time frame. The biggest came today with the 18 mil
