Using rational thoughts.
Gruden has gauged interest in UT ever since the last opening. He states it would be a great job. Multiple reputable NFL reporters say IF he leaves for college it will be to UT. His family ties are strong to the area. Hart fires Dooley before many expected. Peyton and gang are putting up big numbers to fix football. Cheek commits 18 million for the first 3 years to getting football back. Sounds like we are going for the biggest of hires. Again, why hasn't Gruden publicly denied this, certainly he isn't dumb enough to think we aren't in it, especially when its a fact that Arkansas has offered. There is no way Arkansas has offered and we haven't. Another thing I don't understand is how many would think it would be a so-so hire, especially Cheek. Recruiting runs all in the SEC, Montrell hit that one on the head and has constantly said we are not recruiting where we need to be to win championships. Gruden brings unbelievable coaching experience with a brand to give recruits. I just think when many sit down and lay the pro's and con's of this, it rationally becomes the "right" thing to do. It's a big hire or bust.
