Do I have faith that UT will come through with a can't miss hire? Meh, we'll see.

I think you're saying the boys don't want to move - Stomach hurting again, gonna start praying that they decide Smoky Mountains & Douglas Lake are beautiful! & they can have a second home in FL!

Grudenville thinks a couple more years probation makes this job a dumpster fire. Bahahaha.

And all of their 'insiders' give no real information. They just say "Gruden" and "I won't stop believing it's Gruden because he hasn't said no".

Sorry, I misread your post. I'm a little nervous right now. The program now stands at a fork in the road. To the right, the home run hire that gets us back to where we want to be. To the left, the wtf hire that essentially kills the program. Tennessee has a history of going left.

It is more important to me that they make the right hire than a quick one.... recruiting will take care of it's self with the right hire.

The last hire was a quick hire, how did that work out?

Now is your time. You hold the fate if my beloved Vols in the palm of your hand. Those you asked to do your bidding have done their job. He wants it, we can afford it, and Tennessee deserves this hire. Please make your stamp on the University a great one, so great we can leave the prior AD's decisions to the historians and see a brighter future very soon. We support you in this decision, arguably a week late, but there is a method to this I am sure. Go Vols, Go Big Orange, and its now the time to make the SEC East OUR HOUSE once again!!

I take that back. In Jackie Brown the song "Tennessee Stud" by Johnny cash was played. Good ol Quentin Tarantino! I'm gonna say he's a Vol fan. Haha

On NFL today, they said Chip likely to jump ship to NFL and that Gruden had been studying Oregon. Also mentioned that Gruden had been talking with people to develop a staff and specified college. Said Arkansas and Tennessee likely to get in bidding war. Said Arkansas has been told money is no object and they mentioned Tennessee and that Haslem was a major booster and really like Gruden. Pretty much the same stuff we had heard.

If Hamilton was still here then I would have no faith and we would end up with Golden or Smart. Hart's first big hire wont be a guy with a losing record or one thats never been HC. Money isnt a problem this go around.

I'm sure Alabama is really disappointed with Saban after his time at LSU.

One championship at LSU, two championships at Alabama and about to play in third at Alabama.
