The shadow figures give me full body goose bumps. I 100000000% believe in spirits, but these guys have a show to film. I would hope that they don't embellish stuff.

I'm sure they play up some stuff that might not be legit, but there is some stuff that just can't be faked imo. I remember seeing video footage from a static night camera in a room with a stuffed animal in the video frame. Hours go by until all of a sudden, the stuffed animal just shifts around in a way that is more than just gravity. The time stamp of when it happened was a time in which everybody was at the complete opposite end of the compound.

There's reportedly supernatural activity in the hospital I work at. I have not had to patrol that wing at night yet so I don't know, but I do believe the people who have told me are being truthful about their experiences.l

Exactly. There are plenty of people that I trust and know them as logical and reasonable people that will swear to your face that they have had paranormal experiences.
