If your not a good coach then surround yourself with good coordinators, recruiters, and assistants. He couldn't even do that. College football isn't like the nfl. It's not an even playing field. Big budget teams like Tennessee will always have an advantage over many schools. A mess like we have now is unbelievable.

Didnt hate on them genius, just called out the facts, can you say I am wrong about them? Keep in mind the smiles and laughter coming from these guys as they huddled together whispering about who might be watching them and "where you goin bro?" while their team crashed and burned...you tell me they werent doing that...

Yeah Dools is getting paid but it doesnt change how he is gonna feel when his kids ask him "where we gonna go now daddy....". It isnt always about "you" jacka**....

Wait....!! You mean to tell me, 2 years under Gruden and all his mofia members and these guys wouldn't have been more confident? More aggressive? More productive? Don't underestimate the significance of an incompetent coaching staff...
