Gruden would be crazy to take this job.

I hope he does, but it just wouldn't make sense for a coach of his stature to take over a team at its worst point in history.

Gonna be interesting to see if the Dools gets any kind of HC job after this. I think he'll have to go down to division 2 to get a chance. Possibly UTC

Why? It's a coaching issue. He can come in and demand a culture change immediately. We have talent and potential. Just not coaching.

I feel the opposite.
I think we stand a better chance at getting him after our expectation level has been creamed, than when we're on top.
