Nothing really...... just we got him to sign a mou

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) is a document describing a bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement. It is a more formal alternative to a gentlemen's agreement.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in this. I do not think he said that, again no offense. Completely opposite of the things I have heard.

He is only back if his draft projection is 3rd round or lower. First or second round projection and he is gone.

Ijust don't see him above the third round at this point. Too many issues IMO.

I also think that this group of early entries from UT (if as many as you project) will be disappointments at the next level. They just haven't learned how to play the game well. They would all be served to spend some time under a staff like the one we think is coming in here.

Even Patterson, but that doesn't appear to be a real option.

That is a good thing...right??? What exactly is an MOU?
Hate to sound stupid.... but I am not really up on legal stuff.

Just one thing about Ainge....I like the guy. He is a Vol all the way. No need for anyone to take him to task no matter why he is saying what he is saying.

Could this be the future?

He must have stolen Channing Fugate's suit.

I was thinking the same thing. Can anyone clarify this?

Somebody else might be able to, but as far as I know, it's not really something that can actually be clarified without seeing the actual agreement. It is about how they are drafted. They can be binding, but often aren't, and even when they are intended to be, there are a lot of questions about how enforceable they actually are. I'm still in school, so I don't know a whole whole lot about it. It's also not my area of law, but I thought Cam Clear would do actual jail time and that IS my preferred area of law so take my opinion FWIW.

Like I said, the current contracts are pretty straight forward, but Gruden does have some endorsement deals with places that may not fit with UT's branding (although, Hooters does involve orange and white...) that will all have to be negotiated around.

There are still hurdles remaining but if all of this is true then it's still fantastic news.

I probably should have waited until tomorrow to post.

I keep telling the guys at work, that this thread could be a best seller, if it was turned into a book. Best book I have read in a.......... well ever.

Outstanding! This shirt will make someone a pretty penny. I know that I would pick one up.

They'll be just a bit over actual production costs. No one is trying to get rich on it, just a fun idea for fans. Checking to make sure there is no Trademark or Copyright infringement involved. You can't just throw stuff up and say I have a shirt.
