I believe your friend told you that, but I do not believe Tyler's dad said that. No offense to you, people tell me stuff like that all the time. I cannot bring myself to believe it.

I would bet my entire life savings against $100 that Tyler is gone next year regardless of who coaches IF he is still projected in 1st or early 2nd round.

Cant see Tyler being a 1st rounder. He's nowhere close to ready or mature enough to warrant first round money. Possibly mid to late 2nd or even 3rd.

Shhhh you'll be stoned for such rhetoric.

At least he posted a positive, not just a negative. It is easy to sit on the sideline and take shots at everyone, that does not take any talent or intelligence at all.

He also posted a link for his theory, something I have failed to see you do yet!

can you imagine Tyler with a NFL Defensive line coming wide open after him. Right now he would lay down in the Fetal Position and put his thumb in his mouth no way way he is ready right now for the NFL

Love that Movie! Watch it every year before Christmas.

What quarterbacks will be taken before him? Who is entering this year, I seriously do not know.

Keep in mind the NFL looks for potential. Tyler's arm-strength, passing prowess, and pocket awareness are intangibles that make the NFL salivate all over themselves.

I think he is a late 1st early 2nd pick right now and should pad enough in these last 3 games + a possible bowl to solidify a late, possibly even middle 1st round.

I agree with the rest but he ha zero pocket presence.

How many times has he been sacked? Not very many, yea the O Line has gotten it done but Tyler is very good at avoiding the sack and getting rid of the ball when it is best to do so. He has grown a TON since last year.

I hope he is back, I just do not believe he will be at all.

I do not understand the question, can I phone a friend?

Seriously, what?

I deleted my post... sorry I misread wht you said... I thought you said we would run through them like Oregon ... I may have been on this computer too long, think I need to give it a rest

I just scared that Gruden would take the Philly job just because of the talent and Nick Foles. If he can find a O-line, that is a super bowl team.

Yea I understand, but I am more scared that he just decides to take the wait and see approach, and it either pushes him out of our timeline (i.e wait to see what NFL jobs open up, putting the decision in early January than late November). Or he will just decide to play it year by year until the right job comes along, and that is what scares me, not the fact he would actually choose someone over us. If he doesn't come this year, IMO he never will.

Every single year teams make a run on QB's early in the first. Every year teams reach based on needs. Ex: Minnesota with Ponder, Denver with Tebow (*snicker*).

I would bet you anything Tyler would go in the first round. Don't agree that he should, but he would

We are #2 in the NCAA in sacks allowed at only 4 total.

He hasn't been sacked because he isn't willing to take a hit. The intentional grounding against florida which is the biggest play of the year IMO is evidence of his unwillingness to shuffle away from pressure
