Neylands attendance this past weekend was a full house by Kentucky standards and an empty house by our standards. If that is the turn out for the Missouri and Kentucky games then Dooley is gone no matter if we win out. Some believe he is already gone, just isn't public info yet.

Yeah, I know all of that. I just wondered if the lack of attendance changes the timeline.

Vols give up 700 yards and barely beat Troy.

Titans give up 50 points and get blown out by the Bears.

Austin Nichols strung Tennessee along and chose Memphis.

Hart, Cheeks and Dooley are fighting.

Last but not least, a number of people are saying Gruden isn't coming.

Why do I watch sports again? The past three days couldn't be any worse as far as my favorite teams go. Add on the Pacers losing to the Bobcats a few days ago who had the worst winning percentage ever last season and the Astros unveiling hideous uniforms... sports are so fun. Sigh.

Has anyone really looked at what Ainge said? That Gruden is not coming. What is the opposite of that?

We have this ride every day. Strap in!

This weeks meeting is very important.

Left last night, just got back in here a few minutes ago so a lot of pages I've missed. What did Ainge say?

i know you might have already said but what day is the meeting? can anything really happen to change the way things are going?

Any flag flown upside-down is considered a sign of distress... Mutiny, piracy, sinking, coup, rebellion of the people.

Not a Japanese flag!

Love all of this

Let me get this straight, you call yourself a vol fan, but you love hearing how our admin is such a disaster that we could possibly be stuck with the worst coach in the SEC for another year and slip further into irrelavence, along with the university losing a ton of money and being a laughing stock to top recruits and other fans?

I'm not a Titans fan but all that still makes me cry like a little girl.

Im about to finish lunch and head to the gym and rehab this acl. Anybody wanna send any of the UT powers my way and I can show them face to face I would rather endure pain in my knee the rest of my life than another season of Dooley.

Do you think the AD got to them and told them to stop talking about Gruden on the radio?

If this is the case then I fully expect 3HL to follow suit this afternoon.

Sacrilegious imo jmo

I understand and agree, however after reading all the threads today, I'd say it's fitting. Seems that from the top down there are some struggles and immediate change needed. Someone said that college sports is now a big time business, which is true. Athletic departments need to be run just like a business in order to succeed. If the current track does not promote growth of the program for the future than it needs to be addressed and change of course must be made. If not, that business (program) will fail, and take double the time to recover.

If the Vols offense continues to score so much and they win the rest of their games, it will look more like the change in defensive scheme is what caused the Vols so many issues. I can easily see Hart keeping Dooley and firing Sunseri as the scape goat for this season.
