This is the point that most miss...that he was using his political power to have his mistress hired without due process and disregarding actual job qualifications. All other candidates for the job were more qualified. As well as disregarding the requirement of interviewing minority candidates (maybe he thought that since she was the only blonde bimbo applicant, that she was a minority :) ) Basically he defrauded the State of Arkansas for the happiness of his johnson. He was fired for this series of misdeeds and misrepresentations, not just for an apparent inappropriate relationship. :hi:

Will the injury to Marquez North affect his recruiting at all?

I don't think so. North has been playing with some pain in his shoulder for a while now according to his coach, so you have to be impressed with his toughness.

The surgery itself doesn't appear to be something that will jeopardize his football career or his ability to be an impact player like I expect him to be. He's had a rough year between the shoulder injury he battled in the spring, to the concussion in the summer, and now this torn labrum. But his skill is unquestioned and no one is going to back off him. This might speed the process up for him a bit, however now that he can focus on recruiting more.

I'm not saying Petrino was right but what I am saying this young lady was using Bobby too for what she wanted. She benefited more than he did. She got a new job, was getting money out of him, and still probably had another boyfriend on the side. Bobby was just her old "Sugar Daddy".

She was engaged to be married to someone else in the AD. Doesn't change the idiocy involved on both sides.

He traded sex for providing a 100k a year state-paid position. She did get more out of it than he did, which is the case with prostitutes.

He would be a Vol already if not for all the coaching talk, same as a few others would be. If something doesnt change in a hurry, this recruiting class will head downwards soon. Hart either needs to do the deed or extend Dooley, no in betweens. As long as Cheek is here, you can forget a Gruden type hire unless more control is given to Hart. noone worth his salt will step into this situation, atleast Dooley had the balls to tackle it knowing what he was stepping into.
