So Ainge is saying that there are issues that can't be worked out between Tennessee or even another college. I wouldn't imagine the ESPN contract is that hard to get out of. The Hooters/Corona endorsement?

A better idea would be to put the AD under the university president and take the chancelor out of the equation....like it used to be.

There is nothing wrong with being skeptical. There is nothing wrong with being cautiously optimistic. There is nothing wrong with being "1000%" Gruden.

I just want to hear people "want" the best for this program.:)

Gman you keep saying since this booster has a box he is spot on. I am close to one that has a private jet, boxes at both football and bb, and courtside seats at Tba. He knows nothing of this. Donors aren't the end all be all. That's the problem with a lot of these sources on here. Some donors want to act like they are in the know when the aren't in reality.

Based on my information and who it came from....coupled with the information from guys like DTO, Jay, OldVol, and Gman, several of whom I've spoken to, I don't see anything has changed. I believe this could be the latest smokescreen, which I predicted 3 weeks ago.

If I hear something negative from those I talk to, I'll be the first to post it and back off of this. So far I've not gotten any indication to change my mind.

Because you have posted this on an internet message board titled rumor and speculation, I choose to hold you accountable to your declaration of 100%. Seriously y'all, if you're getting mad at me and still thinking there are 20 insiders on this board, I don't know what to tell you. I have zero hard feelings towards any poster personally, but people don't just have access to information like that. If nobody in the Knoxville media knows anything, then people on this board likely don't either. That's just how I see it. I wanted to believe, and I checked the thread everyday, so obviously I didn't think the chances were 0% but it was always a longshot. The only problem I have is all of them saying 99 or 100%. That's absurd to me.
