You. sir, are delusional. Gruden won't leave a comfy gig like MNF to jump into a lion's den where 20 year olds determine his future. He knows the NFL, but not college football. If he were to take the plunge there is no reason to believe he will beat Saban. Just ask Tampa Bay fans who wanted him fired after he ran that franchise in the ground.

Dallas is the only NFL team I see Saban giving serious consideration to. If Garrett keeps losing and they miss the playoffs a huge pile of cash may head his way.

BTW, kevol, I am still laughing over the Saban video taking Haslam's money bag on the podium. Gets my vote for funniest post of the year.

Completely agree. He already has a premier job at the college level. It would take the cowboys to lure him. They could pay him in the 8 mil range. If bama goes undefeated and wins another championship and dallas continues to slide and miss the Playoffs...it's possible

This is what might set up serious interest from Saban. I mean the only way to go is down if they win it all again this year. Bear at one time was in serious doubt in the late 60's, so even if you get to the mountain they'll throw you off. He'd still have to think Dallas or whatever pro team has what it takes to possibly win a Superbowl because you know if he still has the itch he wants a good chance of that notch in his belt.

I think Sabans massive ego will control him.

He wants to make history like no other coach has ever done.

I think if the right offer is made to Saban that he'll leave alaBubba and break their hearts.

I really believe that Saban wants to win another National Championship at a different college.

His massive ego wants to rebuild another college team and to be the only coach in history to win National Championships at 3 different colleges.

I also think we wants to do that at 3 different SEC schools so he can say he did it in the toughest football conference in America.

I hate nick saTan but I also admit he's the best coach and recruiter in college football.

What would be funny as h3ll is if Tennessee got nick saTan and he kept CSS as the DC and made CDD the OC and we started beating the crap out of everyone like bama is doing and saTan stayed here until we won 2 or 3 more National Championship and he retired and then CDD took over again as our Head Coach and kept it rolling for another 25 years.

I'd still hate nick saTan but I'd love every second of watching my Vols stomp the crap out of everyone most every year until I die.

At my age not even sex would be better than that, LOL!

While I'm delusional and dreaming I would also hit the Powerball lottery and pay the Pride of the Southland band to play Rocky Top as they lowered my Tennessee Orange coffin with the white power T on it into the ground.

I'd also have my grave marker as a goalpost with a bright Tennessee Orange power T hanging in the middle of it.

At least then it would be easy for all my enemies to find my grave so they could come piss on it, LMAO!
