No sir I did not try to imply that THEY " big fish " could not do whatever . I DID say Investing a Billion dollars , in another venture will slow down your other pursuits .

The AD will count on the ticket and merchandise sales of many of us to put the department back in the black. The excitement of a new coach will help alot.

That 3 billion is obviously not liquid, but I don't see how that site can be right unless they are carrying extremely large debts.

800 million is roughly .25 of 3 billion. I have no idea of what size debt they carry but every drop of petroleum is expensive to hold. Not to mention trucks, planes, who knows. Either way it is a load of cash.

I would take tubbs over coach doofus anyday. Im gonna be dissapointed with anybody but gruden bc of all the hype and hes one of my fav coaches next to cowher and jimmy johnson. If UT cant get Grud I hope they give Patterson a call.

i dont know, smoke. evidently there is some contention with the guys in the recruiting forum over this forum. why? i have no idea. they call it the gruden orgy. i assume he was was either covering for ridiculous proclamations he made or trying to impress those guys. either way, he is branded forever.

I dont check thread for 2 hours and now my mind is blown. If we hire tommy tubbervile or Al Golden then we might as well be on probation for the next few years.

I respect your opinion. At least you are following a rational argument unlike so many that stop by here. I really hope you don't get the chance to tell us you told us so. I would repeat that there are several respected reporters now saying we have a chance.

I still haven't found where OCI admitted to lying or trolling. It either got deleted or the one thing I read was seriously blown out of proportion. Anyone care to copy and paste that conversation?
