quite possible.

Though close to 30 players have told Hart they are done if DD is fired.

Like I have said, it's a mess right now.

Not surprisig. You will always have some who support the coach, and that's fine. I think it's common for players to say they will leave if their coach is fired. A simple whiff of Gruden's cologne will change minds. Some may be welcome to leave by the new coach. They cant go wihtout a release which means they will be here when new coach is hired and I say that most will calm down by then. Lofton was almost as good as gone after Buzz was fired, but we know how that worked out.

Yes sir that would do the trick.:)

Petulant 18-20 year olds are loyal to a fault. If Gruden comes they'll be startstruck and this goes out the window. As an aside, my guy says the team hates Dooley....and he knows a bunch of them.

If we eff up this opportunity however I can see that happening.

You act as if we dont get Gruden someone messed up. Gruden may simply not want to coach here.

Really, you're telling me that a kid who has aspirations of playing in the NFL would rather play for Derek Dooley than Jon Gruden? Really?

They will stay.

I'm sure there are players who support DD, but I highly doubt anyone would quit if Gruden were coming in. Playing for him is a huge opportunity, and players would be foolish to throw that away, IMO.

This football season has been entirely disappointing. The Gruden speculation is all I've got right now (since my Panthers gargle b*lls again). Screw you for trying to take this away from me.
You tell little kids there is no Santa, don't you?

Jerk!

So now I am a jerk. Outstanding, you don't know me and you feel the need to call me out of my name. I never said that I do or don't believe the Gruden hype, only that there is no reason to attack those that are trying to shed light on what is being said.

For the record, I tend to believe OCI, Skeeter, DTO and don't want them to stop providing input because of the personal attacks against them.

Anyone heard an interview where Gruden was asked about taking a job, in particular TN, but any job for that matter?

Agreed..I think there has been a particular recruit that said if Gruden becomes our coach, he knows where is going..Maybe it was Kamara.

I'm sure he won't be the last to say that if Gruden comes here because if I was a high-profile recruit, I would be beating his door down to play for him.

I state it that way only based on the information I have. You are welcome to see it another way. It's all good.
