A trustworthy person. Yes, he is a phenomenal source. Dies he know the ins and outs of UT football? No, because he has nothing to do with them.

On top of that, nobody could legitimately make a case that Dooley was fired ahead of his time. It isn't like he was fired with an overall/SEC record like Zook or Shula had.

Yeah, I agree with all of that. I submit that public perception will be one factor that plays into the decision. Firing a coach who just won a big game would get a minus on any decision matrix. Never-the-less, I think the pros for termination will outweigh the cons, regardless of the outcome of the game. I think Sunday is the day for change.

Guys like it or not Franklin is making Candy a more relevant football program than.we have now with ALOT less resources. Think about it
