There is a plaintiffs attorney here that always demands 10 times the amount of damages. So if there is a person who has 20k in medicals, he wants to settle for 200k. That's realistic..

There are some lawyers out there that are money hungry sharks. Not all are that way because I know a few lawyers and they are good people but the ones that are money hungry and ambulance chasers give the rest a bad name.
