Most of our news wasn't good. The most important thing is that at the end of the day we all still have a job. Every year can't be a record breaker.

This year overall is worse that last year but the summer months this year were better than last year. Doesn't make much sense but that's how it's been.

Our boss here is cool. Hes not pressuringa anybody. He trie to throw us a bone every chance he gets. Its the bosses across the pond. We were pretty much informed that there won't be a raise or bonus. Not good, but not the end of the world.

I'm in the defense industry and the gov't can't make up their dang minds. Money is getting cut back but the training service business, which I'm in, is still doing ok overall.

I work in the car business (service side of things, not sales) and we always expect slow months. You can pretty much predict which months you are going to be slow but this year the slow months have been worse than the previous few years.
