The "Grudenites" are not negative about life. They seek positive change for the program, be it Gruden or someone else, should Gruden ultimately not be interested. In the alternative, all true Vol fans will gladly stop pushing for change if the current staff starts winning big games.

I don't think you're even a fan of Tennessee.
It sounds more like you are a loser who gets his kicks out of annoying the masses on a message board.

There are true Vol fans on VN who question whether or not Gruden has any interest in coaching here, and if he'd even be the best option for UT. Some true Vol fans on VN think Gruden would be a bad hire. But, those people do not regularly show up in this thread to ridicule and name-call everyone else.

Your presence here is useless to the Grudenites, Doo-Rights, and all other true Vol fans.

The massive hate you Grudenites have for me is just more proof of your lack of maturity.

Over 50 years of watching football has taught me alot of things as well as reading alot.

Let me be clear so you Grudenites can type some things factually.

I'm NOT a big fan of CDD.

I'm a fan of my Tennessee Vols.

I will support whoever are the coaches and players for my Vols.

I honestly don't believe that Gruden is a great head coach since his record doesn't prove that but if he gets the job for Tennessee I'll support him.

I also don't believe he'll give up a very easy job that pays BIG $$$ to come to Tennessee and finish the 2nd half of the rebuilding plan and have to work his butt off most of the entire year and have to go beg 17 year old kids to come to school and play for him.

I also put alot of credit on what Nick Saban says since he's the best college coach and recruiter in the business so Saban makes me believe that if CDD gets the time to finish this rebuilding project we'll again become a top 10 team and will win Championship and NOBODY can say with any certainty right now that CDD can't accomplish that since we don't have a SEC roster and 2 deep rotation of experienced SEC type players YET!

As for my Titans...The ONLY thing I like about the owner, Bud Adams, is that he did bring a NFL team to Nashville and for that I appreciate him.

If he would only learn to keep OUT of making team decisions and let the experts do that then my Titans would be a much better team.

I was Bud Adams that demanded that we draft Vince Young when coach fisher wanted Jay Cutler and that was a HUGE mistake.

I believe that if Fisher had been able to draft Jay Cutler that my Titans would have already Won at least 1 Superbowl and Fisher would still be the coach.

I love my Vols and Titans and I want Championships for both teams before I die.

I also don't think we'll get a sniff from any top named, successful, proven coach if CDD is fired after this season and UT can't afford to go try and find a Nick Saban hiding somewhere so CDD will stay another year and we'll see how next season goes.

If CDD is fired after this season our Vols program will be set back another 4 or 5 years minimum and I probably won't live long enough to see another crystal football come to K town.

I just think you Grudenites are on the wrong road and it's very sad to see all of you throw our Vols team under the bus when we're not even 1/2 way through this season.

I answered your question about why I keep coming here long ago in another post.

Sad that you freely chose not to read it and in return try to bully me which is pretty immature of you.

I've never been a bully in my life and not even as a U S Marine when I was drunk and could have bullied alot of people around.

I also have a wonderful life with a great lady and 2 great kids, thank you very much.

2. Many here do regardless of how you want to paint them.
3. The Titans suck and should make any Vol fan feel better.
4. I doubt anyone does, no real sense in that either way.

Agree JH. At the time Matt was a Heisman winner and VY had just won a NC. Jay played for a team that never had a season over .500 and subsequently never played a post season game. Sure Jay was in Jeff's backyard but taking him over those two proven winners would have been construed as beyond stupid. Fast forward and yes, it would have been the better choice but at the time he was a distant, distant #3

That's not a bad goal for you Grudenites but try to remember that not everyone will see the light as you claim to see it.

I see a coaching change at this point as premature and that it will set back our rebuilkding process for another 4 to 5 years or longer no matter what HC may follow CDD.
