MNF: Green Bay vs. Seattle

Knock it down knock it down knock it down. It's what you're always taught. Had he knocked it down game over. Packers win. Bug he tried padding the stats and paid.

You keep saying this as though it matters. He made the wrong play, agreed. It was still an interception.

what's crazy too is how many of the players were making contact with the refs at the end of the play. One of them flipped one's hat off!

Down by 1 point in my FF league. I have Rodgers and the Pack defense.......the pick would have given me the win...instead I lose by 4

A Super Bowl over a Monday night game that wasn't nearly as controversial? Doubt it. Seahawks fans can still gripe.

Agree in principle but Seattle fans magnify that one offense into refs hating them the way Vols think ESPN hates them.

It was one really bad game for them.

I question your neutrality. Your stake in this is to be right in an internet argument. That is not a neutral position.

Lol. I just don't understand the "Clearly intercepted" bit. It wasn't. Football is a grown mans game. If he wanted the ball and it was do clearly against his chest and had all the control and blah blah then Jennings would have come out with the ball easily, but Tate had it. People are griping over a 1/100 second of a possession first. It wasn't clearly Jennings ball. He'll, I'm a Cowboys fan. Seattle ain't exactly on my list of favorite teams.

Tate also had two hands on it, not just one.

Tate never possessed that ball at any time and it wasnt simultaneously caught. Arguing this fact is just stupid

Jennings landed on his back. Even if Tate had two hands on the ball he was clearly not in possession. Horrible call.

Again, wrong. To say Tate never had any sort of possession is simply ridiculous. He had hands on it the whole time and even came out with it. (I know it's not like a fumble) but if Zjennings had it then he'd have easily come out with it.

Lol seriously?

You have to control the ball to the ground - only Jennings did that - it was not simultaneous. It is no catch or possession until the player is down or hits the ground and makes a "football" move.
