This is how awesome VN is.

I'm on a Vols message board, talking about non Vols/Braves stuff in the Braves thread, while talking about random **** in a random thoughts thread in a place called the endzone.

I'm an addict.

Night all. I gotta go over to the Movies and Music thread and enlightening some of the younguns on a few more old bands of Knoxville thing. Been a pleasure.

I don't know why, but that made me laugh too. So official. I feel bad for Volly. You know she just loves her Vols and tries to get people to understand it's just a game, and people just argue with her.

You seem like a really smart young man (yikes, that just sounded like somebody's father). At your age you should have the world by the balls.

Volly is a passionate fan and can be a real firecracker sometimes. I love her fire.

I wish my parents would agree with you :).

In all honesty though, VN actually made me start looking up facts to arguments and work on my argumentative skills. And to not overreact to things and be able to have intelligent conversations. I loved sports as a kid, but nobody really would talk deep into sports with me, so I came here. Been addicted ever since.

Besides, who else is gonna run the BB forum and make sure BTO doesn't go off the deep end arguing with MemphisCanes?

I appreciate it. It'd be fun and would love to help VN, but modding and trying to post as much as I do would take up even more time and Lord knows I spend way too much time here anyways. Plus, I have this cussing problem. :)

Add school teachers.

In my English class last semester, I started following the zone. She literally, in class, says "Zack, why do you have that grin on your face?" and I was like "Uh, well ma'am, I just like to smile sometimes" and she bought it.

That's cool. I love hearing stories of how this place has helped people with issues they've faced in one way or another. I've received a few really good ones over the years.

Give ya another one. I've said this before, but I got sick for sixteen months and this place was the only thing that really kept me busy and along with Braves baseball kept my mind off of it. I would just read for hours on VN. It was awesome.

Which I still had that time. :)

In appreciate the compliments, but it's really the people here that make the place what is is, not anything I've done. And I truly mean that.
