I dated a sensible woman like that a few years back. She was really into food politics. Kind of her thing. Don't let that one go. Girls that are into stuff like that are normally way better than the alternative...

With the grass fed, you'll not be ingesting the added hormones and antibiotics that are given to grain fed. From what little I know, I've read or heard that the grass fed is leaner.

That is all true, but the biggest culprit is the grain itself.
