Da'Rick Rogers suspended indefinitely (merged)

Why the frak can't we be like other SEC schools and just suspend him for the first half of the first game?

12 regular season games and a bowl game away from millions of dollars and this idiot can't reel it in? I have no sympathy for this dumbass. Yeah, maybe the first 5 times we had issues with him I could understand but to get suspended a week before the season kicks off? Dooley was going to do anything and everything he could to NOT suspend DR, but apparently this moron forced even the hand of a coach on the "hot seat."

So ready for him to move on and the last remnants of stinch from the Kiffin era are removed.

wasnt he a dooley recruit? and isnt this his third issue?

I am so frustrated right now... I don't even know what else to say.

This hurts. For many reasons. Having the 3 receivers we had was a huge advantage as it would have been extremely difficult to game plan for us and to contain them. 2 is much easier. Split the field in half.

It is a huge distraction 1 week away from gameday.

Da'Rick is extremely selfish.

My opinion is that he doesn't stay at UT. I really hope I am wrong, but I don't think he will do what he needs to do to stay.

He could easily be back for the UF game if he got his crap together.

maybe all this georiga state talk is meaning he won't play til then? maybe that has been the whole plan all off season.

Kinda starting to think he had to delete his twitter account lol. because those tweets magically disappeared. It is kinda funny if UT is trying to shut him up. Still hope he will be back on the team. Would be a waste of alot of talent.

Is it right for UT fans on the one hand to mock and criticize rival programs for one and two game suspensions of key players, covering games where they are heavily favored and the absence of the player is not going to be a factor, when on the other hand if a UT player has a disciplinary measure, the same UT fans openly hope that any suspension is for unimportant games?

When we don't know WTF he did, yes its fair. Florida players were on drugs, smackin women around, trying to blind people, drunk driving and getting a slap on the wrist. Besides this is a UT board so of course we're gonna back our own. You're a consistent troll. I'll give ya that.

NostraHyman's prediciton of Rogers / Bray or both not making it through the year starting to take hold. (Not that its a bold prediction that Rogers doesn't make it). I am sure he is doing cartwheels right now just hoping Bray gets the boot too. Then he can say how great he is.
