He's suspended until he demonstrate that he can pass another pee test. If he fails again he's gone, if he passes he's back. Lay off the weed for just 5 months Ricky then clean up before the combines. You can do it.

Bingo. Dooley's not snakebit. He created this mess.

How??? He didn't even recruit him from the get go. If you see you have the chance to keep a 5 star guy and you were in dooley's position you have to do whatever you can to keep him. Giving someone multiple opportunities to help themselves and right the ship isn't creating a mess. This is 110% on Da'Rick. He needs to get his mind right because if he gets the boot for something in the future he is costing himself a good chance at a ton of money.

They all buy into the various test coverup urban legends that fail them. The only sure way to pass the test is to lay off for 4-6 weeks.
