Morning all!! Sent our acceptance letter back last night about seven o'clock. So we should have a contract today. Gotta start ordering inspections and appraisals today or tomorrow. Found out (and I don't know how I missed it when I looked at the house twice) the a/c unit was stolen and the seller is going to put a new one in before we move in. Also the roof in less than a year old. Got a big basement for a BA man's den. Can't wait to get in there and through some Tenn stuff up and make it even better.
