I had a decent workout. Still not much cardio. Only about 8 min on the eliptical before my workout. I workout at a fast pace so it helps keep my heart rate up.

Ran 3 miles yesterday. Heat overall sucks. Might go at lunch and have sand volleyball practice tonight.

No, my appointment is Monday afternoon. This morning I just couldn't get it together. I never realized how much I use my arms when I do cardio.

Nothing yet. Should here something today hopefully. Took over the master bedroom when we moved in.

Wife is off work today and she sent me a message saying she was fixing to take a nap and don't call her for a little while. I wanted twenty mins and called her. She was not happy, but that's what she gets for rubbing it in my face she was taking a nap while I am working. Well, kind of working.

I got to see Bayern Munich take out BVB for the supercup the other day. Good way to start the season.

Germany was awesome. Got to see family and on the way out we stayed in Munich overnight. Stopped by the town square, sat out drinking some brews and eating some pretzels and then finished the evening by drinking way too much Hofbrauhaus beer. All in all a good trip.

Awesome. My brother and I are planning a footballing Euro derby tour for next season, Nuremberg-Bayern Munich at Allianz is very much on the list.

I may hit you up for a good bierbrasserie but I'm sure they're mostly can't-miss

My father in law is a FCN fan and I'm a FCB fan. That should be a win for Bayern but stranger things have happened.
