Yes they do. But with the popularity Cena has with the kiddies, I don't see a heel turn ever happening. But then again, the Hogan/nWo thing was a real shocker. They need something though. Last week was the first time in a long time I thought about not even bothering watching Raw. I did anyway, but I thought about it, which is sad and tells you my interest is slipping.

I think we are talking about two different belts. I am talking about the old NWA belt from the early 80's. It has a silver earth ball on the top of it. The one you are talking about I think is the one he had when the NWA ans WCW split. I knew that one was his.

I'm really starting to become uninterested in Raw again. They need to make the other belts relevant again. I remember the IC title seeming just as important as the WWE title. The tag-team division is non-existent and I wish they would bring the Hardcore title back also. All the momentum created by Punk last year has died off; they could have gone the old Stone Cold/Vince angle with Punk/Vince but they decided to go with Johnny Ace and he's just not as good at being a character as Vince is.

I really thought they were going to turn things around last summer, but they have disappointed.

I think Harley Race had the rights to that belt. I'm not sure how all of that worked but it might explain why Race held it for so long and it would always revert back to him.
