I think this qualifies as the on-line recruiting forum equivalent of the classic elementary school retort "I know you are but what am I?" What's next, "UGA is rubber and UT is glue"?

I've never seen Florida fans tip their cap to the other team. Once again, you have just as many delusional fans as they do or any team in this conference.

Example of UT fan delusional - Probably 30% of our fanbase on this board thinks we're going to win the SEC East this year when Georgia and South Carolina are much better on paper and Florida has beat us seven straight times.




Reality - 8 wins would be successful.

Cool story you seem to hate on vols a lot to claim to be a vol fan.

While Georgia may be better than us on paper, I don't necessarily think that South Carolina is. Heck, they were crap last year as it was. They just lucked out with a relatively easy schedule and a down East. Even so, I have no clue how they finished ranked top-10. If we had had a healthy Bray and Hunter, we would have kicked their rears last year. I know they were without Lattimore, but as much as Shaw and their other back scrambled around, I don't know that it was much of a difference. Furthermore, just because Florida has beat us seven years straight doesn't mean that they will beat us again this year. I am not attacking anyone's argument, I just want to set the record straight. If injuries at the most key positions don't set us back again this year, I think we're looking at at least 8 wins. And I wouldn't be surprised at all to see 10 wins. Hell, we would have won at least 7 last year, if we had been healthy and not demoralized by the end of the season.

Funny thing is that I was actually going to post something like that, but I thought about it, and decided not to because people would think/post that I was being an a$$. Good call though.:hi:

He's supposed to be an EE so it will have to be well before January. That worked on Crowell, I'm sure the staff will get creative and come up with something just as clever.
