I do not disagree with any of your statements but we do not know if Zimmerman had asked TM who he was and why he was in the neighborhood before the 911 call. We do not know what TM said in reply to cause Zimmerman to call.
Like I said before, there si blame on both sides but now we are focused on the whole story coming out. That is the only reason I have been playing "defense attorney" in this. If Zimmerman and the eyewitnesses are not telling the truth, then he should be put to death.

Yeah, I had seen a bit on the crime but nothing solid, event the link that was posted wasn't that specific. But, even in high crime areas people should be able to walk home without someone following them, imo.

Uh - ok? I'm not sure what the hell you're talking about. But I'm sure if I researched you I would find you listed under sex offenders.

I'm an I&C engineer employed at TVA. I work for the government. I'm sure you can look that up if you're crafty enough dumbass. Why would I make that up? Are you that insecure?

Have you listened to the 911 call from Zimmerman. He stayed in his truck until TM came at him and then took off running. Zimmerman did get out to try and see where TM went. Zimmerman then, according to eyewitnesses, stopped the persuit and was walking back to his truck to wait for police. Zimmerman at no time was the aggressorup to this point.
TM then jumped Zimmerman, knocked him to the ground, beat him and that is when Zimmerman, rightly or wrongly, pulled his weapon and shot TM.
Zimmerman did not start the fight and just following someone is not cause to get attacked.
