Yeah sorry. I can't type. I'm in the library on a mac keyboard. Its like typing on a calculator. Not buying.

Would you rent a townhome for 695 that was that close to a substation.

Yeah that decreases property value like a mother fawker. But just renting you should get a good deal but you need to check it out for noise reasons. The health risks shouldn't matter as long as your not overexposed for years. that is my opinion though.

If that is a good deal for your area and make sure you check it out before signing a lease. You dont have powerlines running right beside it do you?

But do you think 695 is a "good deal." I'm really not too concerned considering its only for a year or so but do you think that is too much?

I would be worried about the constant buzzing noise produced by those places other than that if you have never heard a transformer blow during a storm it can sound like a bomb going off. the noise would be my only worry and would check it out. You are young and are only signing a year lease I am suspecting. As long as that is a good price for wherever you are in GA the health effects shouldn't matter but I do and did worse things for my health than living by some power lines. Hope this helps ...JMO though

That depends on location, BDR/Baths Size. NEW or old. I can rent a small crappy apt in a city for a sh!tload and rent a four bedroom house in the country for the same prices.

It's two BD/ 2.5 bath and at least ten-fifteen years old. It's good size but I do wish it were a little cheaper. I am near a university so this could be part of it.

I couldn't hear it. It's just this paranoia over some radiating energy that could fry my brain or something. I'll find out tomorrow for sure what the verdict is. My dad is going to go check it out. Need a man for everything in this world. :)
