No apparently if you take an official visit, you can't walk on. It was one of the reasons Mcbee never to an ov here. Im just going by a poster on the reason why, but Hubbs has said numerous times, he cant walk on.
I am absolutely certain an OV doesn't keep an athlete from being to walk on. There may be something else here but that doesn't keep a kid from being able to play. If Hubbs is saying the OV is the issue he is wrong.

Hubbs hasn't said why, that is coming from a poster. I don't know the reason why, but that is the only explanation I have read so far.
There was some confusion caused by a memphis writer dealing with stokes on the matter. He had to recant and say he was wrong and the OV only meant he couldn't get academic money but would be able to play at the schools he visited officially.
I know kids that OV can walk on unless its a specific rule for football only.

Well the guy used Skylar Mcbee to prove his point so he may be wrong. I just know Hubbs said he can't walk on for whatever reason
I stated I was certain a few post ago and that is too strong. I am certain that unless its a rule specific to football the OV is irrelevant. Just a little back peddling.

Bullock cant walk on. He already took an official visit

What does an OV have to do with walking on? Nothing.
He could decommit from us right now and owe us nothing. Vice versa.
If we wanted him to walk on and he was willing to do it, it could easily be done. An OV does not mean someone cannot walk on.
Until he signs scholarship papers, nothing is guaranteed.
Maybe he meant "won't" which is fine.
If it comes down to Davis, Patterson, Kirven.... or Bullock.... I'm telling Bullock to pay to play or go ask Carson Newman if they have any scholarships left.
We can have open tryouts for a kicker and find someone as good as Bullock to walk on.
