The bracket looks set up for an easy run by big blue to Sunday.

Vols vs. Cats for the title? :)

Here's a little stat that's encouraging. When playing LSU in SEC Tourney games, we're 6-2 against them. The last time we played them was in 1998, and we won 72 to 65.

I like the fact that we have a 9:45 game on Thursday and if we win that, again on Friday. Then if we make it to Saturday we have to turn around and play at 3:15. This is kinda off topic, but is there any reason that the SEC tourney isn't seeded 1-12 like the Big 12, ACC, and the Women's SEC tourney?

The funny thing is that some of you seem to actually think that Thursday night game will start on time.

Ridiculous to have 9:45 pm starting time for a game
(for both players and fans)

Don't know that there's much choice unless they start the games on day 1 at 10:00 in the morning.

I told my girlfriend the same thing when I told her what time it started. The second game of a session in the SEC tourney is almost always running late. It will probably start closer to 10:15 than 9:45. This sucks.

Any reason they don't start the tourney on Wednesday and spread the games out with more reasonable times? Oh, I think I know............TV.

UT and Vandy have the same conference record and UT has a better record overall so why is Vandy seeded over UT?

funny thing is Tennessee has the 2nd best conf. record and has to play on the 1st day, while the SEC East #5 team (UGA) could have been tied for #1 in the West

I think it should be seeds 1-12 and give the 4 best SEC teams a bye because you're going to have years like this past year

I agree the tourney should be 1-12 and not split up in two divisions. Our conf. record is better than the whole SEC West.

Looks like a Fla/UT and Vandy/UK semis to me; barring upsets.

UK got a sweet draw to face MSU if they win the first round. Although, of all the first round games, that has a better chance for upset than any other, IMO. Tennessee's game would be the next best chance for upset.

I think UT gets to go to a Saturday game if we can get past LSU. Then a showdown with FL. I hope, anyway. We have West teams in the first two rounds if we can take any hope from that...
