I work with an emergency med physicians group. Most of my time is spent in the ED.

Agree with the PM--wish it were back as an option.

What would it hurt schools that it doesn't involve? This rationalization is so far over the top. If it were Steele, then certainly you want to wait until after Clemson's bowl, but uninvolved teams? Nobody cares. The media isn't going to stop talking about BCS bowl games to focus on a DC hire at UT. Who cares if we take 5 minutes of air time? Do you really think that's disrespectful?

This is the last post I'll make in regards to your rebuttal, but it wouldn't just be a DC hire at Tennessee. The former head coach for the University of Miami, who is embroiled in one of the biggest NCAA scandals to ever take place, getting hired at an SEC school. That would take up a lot of airtime on NCAA football shows, when there are still two bowl game left to be played, including the national title. Don't care if you agree with me or not, but unless you are a production manager at ESPN, you don't have enough ground to tell me I'm wrong here.

But who... cares...

If we're not distracting teams as they get ready for their bowl games, I'll ask again. Who.... cares...

The teams don't care about how much air time they get, only the fans do. It would actually probably help the teams, as less air time of their team means less media distractions.

I think I'm gonna side with SBV on this one.

1.) Because I really want to believe it.

2.) If you're Dooley, you have to make that call. At the very least you have to get an idea of RS's interest in the job.
