Just got a text from a friend who is my SEC source. Says that he wasn't 100% sure on the Shannon rumor but that Shannon didn't have many options and that Hart would have to actually give a multi year contract.

He is going to dig around tomorrow to see what he can find. If I get any news before the press conference, I will share.
