I think you have me confused with someone else. I don't listen to any of the so-called insiders. I enjoy reading what most people post in the recruiting forum and I'm fully aware of how recruiting works. Essentially, I know better when someone says "Vol lock."

Notice you haven't seen a meltdown from me on this. I'm not surprised at all. Hell, I was at the nat'l championship game in Tempe over 12 years ago. If you would've told me back then Tennessee football would be irrelevant in another decade and lose recruits to Cowtown, I would've laughed in your face.

If by Evans you mean Rogan then yes. Brewer was better because he had a top 5 safety beside him allowing him to play to his strengths.

I still cannot understand why UT has such trouble signing some elite DL talent. I wish he'd come to UT, but it's time to move on and try to find someone else.

Yeah apparently I didn't because a safety was shadowed to AJ all game. BTW, care to tell us what we did vs. Alshon Jeffrey this year. Care to tell us what Waggner did to him last year where he had one play where Brewer missed a tackle on a crossing route allowing his only play of the day to go for a long TD.
