Natdaddy, momma walked from the parking lot to the back room of the restaurant last night and then back to the car. Was 100 times better yesterday than on Sunday. Follow up on Friday too

Not a steak eater, but it was medium rare perfection lol. After getting it I told mom
I coulda made it with a 2 or 3 oz one.

Had a 12 oz ribeye with steamed asparagus, new potatoes and sweet carrots (along with shrimp and calamari, mixed green salad and the best blueberry cheesecake I have ever had) saturday for lunch. It was wonderful. I have ny strips thawing for supper in the sink now. We are big steak eaters around here lol

Great! I should start working myself out of my 2nd boot Fri. Im out pf my 1st boot 90% of time now with minimal pain.

What did the ortho doc say?

Going to try cortisone shots and rehab. See how that goes. If it doesn't help, surgery. Got my first shot then. Will start rehab on my own.

Oe, it's my shoulder not knee. Ash ho!
