I imagine that one or two of our super athlete recruits will be handling returns. Kenny O'Neal and Brent Vinson already have some experience beyond the high school level, so I think they are good options.

Let's hope. He's done less than Derrik Tinsley another athlete that just never found a good position.

Vinson's 4.2 speed sounds pretty good to me on returns.

I think he means the times are exaggerated by the players, or hand clocked and inaccurate, or something like that I would guess.

I can't speak for VIA, but I have heard that guys are trained to run the 40 to get the best possible time. They teach them little techniques that they wouldn't normally use when running that helps them improve their 40 time.

These times listed as 4.2 are

A) Hand timed

and

B) Unattainable, at least by as many players that claim it

I'm sure there are at least a few at the College Level who can run that fast, although they may not be the best players.

I think he can break 4.40. He set some national records in track. Everyone always brings up Leonard Scott when talking about speed. Wade bested a few of his times.

If he breaks 4.40, I can't see it being much fatser than 4.37 or something.
