F*** the swaggg we need a real ballplayer at RB and he fits the bill. Lane has swag now we need a back that will stick his face into the fan when he needs to.

Why would this need to be a secret? If he is telling recruits who the person would be then it would have to be considered a "done deal" so why not share it with the public to help with recruiting. It just makes no sense for him to know, for him to tell recruits, and for it not to be announced. Pretty simple logic in my opinion. I realize yes it is NONE OF MY BUSINESS who the coach is, but seriously, what's the point of telling recruits but keeping it a secret?

Sorry about putting a thread in the wrong place. I get confused sometimes, as the mods allow any and all subjects, down to the most idiotic ones, stand in the main forum.

For some reason only recruiting is not allowed.

Of course, if i was posting a thread about how Dooley's mom calls him precious, it would stand til the cows come home.

Just like the recruits knowing Urban Meyer to OSU before thanksgiving huh? You just want to know like all of us even though we'll have a RB coach.

What kind of job would you suspect the next RB coach has now? Perhaps a coaching job with a college or NFL team whose season isn't over?

This. CUM waited till the *uckeyes season was over out of respect to the current head coach. We will hire a big name guy, whether it be Jay Graham or Brown from the Falcons. I would actually love to see him and Kippy come here. Jmo.

he's not going to FSU with Pender,Freeman and Wilder a head of him....depth and "playing time" are the key. Clem$on could make a push when Marshall commit to UGA. LSU backed off after meeting with him... some issues going on with Davis..sucks bc the kid is special. Cane or Scjr imo

UGA just offered Davis as Clemson looks to be getting Marshall now with the coaches visiting last night.

If the reports are true about Clemson and Crowell (grades issues) then I see this happening. Davis was high on UGA heading into the summer.

UT got an OV, and Davis really enjoyed it. Now we are taking the primary recruiter of Davis at USCe. Looks good to me.
